Capitalization strategy sessions start from the ground up in building a pro-forma financial statement, a valuation analysis based on comparables and DCF analysis to rationalize the pre-money valuation. The strategy sessions also covers how Gross Margin, EBITDA, and quality of revenue factors into potential funding discussions and multiples. Considering the current stage of the company, this session takes into account the cost of equity and debt for the company and advises on the funding paths the company should pursue.
