Bryan Sun is Vice President of Corporate Business Development at Greenwave Systems and an advisor to multiple tech startups. He has raised more than $100M in funding for his clients and specializes in  capitalization efforts and strategic initiatives; including equity and debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, and other forward-looking projects.  Prior to joining Greenwave, he was a senior M&A consultant at EY, responsible for financial and commercial due diligence, valuations, process improvement, market-entry, carve-out planning, and post-merger integration. While in college, he was also the founder/CEO of Momentech Motorsports, an e-commerce platform for aftermarket car parts.

 

Bryan is an official member of the Forbes Business Development Council and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and Masters in Business Administration from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
